Dr Julie Henderson

Julie holds a PhD in Criminology.

A former Detective Chief Superintendent with 25 years in policing . Currently the Strategic Lead for Financial Conduct Authority's Forensic and eDiscovery teams.


Julie's career has equipped her with a deep understanding of complex situations and crisis management.

As a White Woman , she is committed to promoting inclusivity and change for all Women.

Beau Fadahunsi

Beau Fadahunsi is a solicitor with over twenty‑five years of senior leadership experience in the voluntary and community sector. She has led major community development, empowerment and resilience programmes, most recently as Head of Community Development for a London infrastructure body.


A committed public servant, Beau has served on Metropolitan Police Independent Advisory Groups and supported the governance of schools and further education institutions, championing inclusion and strong community links.


Her background includes five years as CEO of a Race Equality Council, leadership roles in the volunteer programmes for the London 2012 Olympic Games and the 2015 Rugby World Cup, and extensive expertise in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
