Julie holds a PhD in Criminology.
A former Detective Chief Superintendent with 25 years in policing . Currently the Strategic Lead for Financial Conduct Authority's Forensic and eDiscovery teams.
Julie's career has equipped her with a deep understanding of complex situations and crisis management.
As a White Woman , she is committed to promoting inclusivity and change for all Women.

She has held strategic roles across a range of organisations, most recently serving as Head of Community Development leading large-scale programmes focused on empowerment, capacity-building, and community res
Beau is a qualified solicitor, and has worked in a number of senior leadership positions within the voluntary and community sector. She has held strategic roles across a range of organisations, most recently serving as Head of Community Development leading large-scale programmes focused on empowerment, capacity-building, and community resilience.
Beau is committed to public service. She is a trustee for the Metropolitan Police Independent Advisory Groups for Stop and Search and Community Engagement.
With extensive experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion she was the CEO of a Race Equality Council. Her background also includes significant achievements in volunteer strategy and deployment, having played leadership roles in the volunteer programmes for London 2012 Olympic Games and the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
